Drop one line?

I have two lines on Metro PC I want to drop the first line, the one the account was set up under and keep the second one.
Does anyone know what will happen. After spending time online,speaking with a store, and to Metro directly I am still not sure. Some companies tie the first line to the account and it ends if that line goes.
What happens with Metro?

I am not sure but I do know I generally get better service using social media or their live chat option. You could try that tomorrow if you dont get an answer on here.

Confed is correct. There are several people here that have mentioned they get great results from Metro's Facebook page (or as one esteemed member calls it, their faceplant page ).

The only thing that will happen if you drop one line of service on the account is that the existing account will lose the family plan discount. MetroPCS does not treat any particular line as a primary or secondary line. Hope that helps.
