thats the problem with crocked fingers.
or... do you have long nails?

issue solved... you need a bigger screen or a real keyboard.

I'd consider this if I can get the top of the line phones. Can I just straight up buy ... say the Evo 2 when it comes out and use Virgin or Boost?

Lol. I have small, straight, fingers but I do have long nails so I have to try and hit the right keys with the sides of my thumbs.![]()
If anyone has success getting out of their contract without the fee please post here i'm ready to stop overpaying for my cell phone bill.
Jen have you tried other keyboards? I've found Swiftkey to make a HUGE difference in my virtual keyboard world.
SwiftKey Keyboard - Android Market

Now I have set it up to where it makes a little click every time I hit a key, and in conjunction with using it more and more I've gotten a whole lot more accurate. I am also thinking about trying a different keyboard, I know there are some out there that have gotten good reviews.
CarrieJen, I have shorter nails (have to since I work in IT) but I can understand why it would be difficult to use the virtual keyboard with longer nails. Just on a regular typewriter, if my nails get too long I make typos out the wazoo. Part of my problem with adjusting to the virtual keyboard was merely the fact that I wasn't feeling anything. It is all flat! You can set up the vibrate feature which I did but all that succeeded in doing was startling me, like I was getting zapped or something, every time I hit a keyNow I have set it up to where it makes a little click every time I hit a key, and in conjunction with using it more and more I've gotten a whole lot more accurate.
