Dropbox app updated with a document scanner, and Dropbox Paper app receives an offline mode

Dropbox just announced some updates to their mobile applications that include the following changes. . .

- Document scanner (Dropbox)
- Offline mode (Dropbox Paper)
- Support for 20 languages (Dropbox Paper)
- Bug fixes and performance enhancements (Dropbox Paper)
