Hope you all had good Christmasses!
So, this evening my friend dropped my SF on the floor. Landed screen down, back off, battery out, etc.
Wouldn't turn back on.
Ah well, not quite true. Red LED and blank screen.
I know that the phone, when plugged into a power source, still works. I can still hear messages come through and the phone ring. Which is highly irritating, as I'm not sure my network provider will resend messages...
Had a look at the guide on how to change a screen (not that I have another one at the moment), but in the meantime, is there any way I can turn on the USB storage mode to at least attempt to recover a few things I need?
(Running CM 7.1.0)

Update 1: Yeah, I'm pretty sure the connection to the battery is screwed too...
Update 2: I'm using androidscreencast to carry on using the phone. Looks like the connection to the SIM is bust too. Wow... It really wasn't that high!
