I thought this was good to post...
While I'm having no Data (see my posts if you'd like) with the Virgin/Sprint outage from April 11th here in Mesa/Phoenix, AZ I thought this was interesting to tell that I'm getting dropped calls ONLY when I call sprint/Boost mobile/Virgin mobile stores and the famous Virgin Mobile customer service phone number... I would be showing full bars and 3G icon on my smartphone LG Optimus Elite and my wife's phone... the Samsung Montage (Paylo plan) -non-3G phone and it doesn't matter whether we're waiting on hold for tech or customer support, they are talking or I'm talking and the call drops!! It's very frustrating to deal with because if we can't call them for help (if we all believe that) then how can we report to them at all?? This has happened to me all this past week! Really strange I think.
We can call other people on Verizon, T-mobile and Virgin and not one dropped call!! Text messages are running smoothly yet pic messaging is working on the Samsung Montage phone but I still cannot view or send pic messaging yet.
Does anyone know if there is a way of finding out how many calls my 2-cell phone lines have dropped either online or over the phone?
