Dropped calls

Friday evening my wifes phone, Samsung, started dropping calls after about one minute of air time. Saturday afternoon my phone, TB started doing the same. I live in the Fayetteville, NC area and was wondering if anyone was having the same problems.

As of Sunday evening my phone was back to normal but as of this morning my wifes phone is still dropping calls.

I called Verizon Saturday and the CS representative stated that the network looked fine.

Any suggestions?

Has she tried changing the PRL? *228 option 2. In the past, my last Samsung phone was pretty lousy signal wise.
