Hello, yesterday I dropped my phone in boiling water (yes I am an idiot). Yesterday after the incident, and this morning, it was connected perfectly but later today it stopped working. I tried factory reset and still nothing. It saves the network but doesn't connect. Data is working. Any help is appreciated!

Pretty sure that trying to make soup with it voids the warranty... so i'm not sure what they are like with rechargeable repairs.
Yup, original Pixel isn't water resistant (and I'm not sure how even water resistant phones are with boiling water - I doubt that's part of the testing regime).
One day wasn't long to dry it out. You could try sticking it in a sealed jar with a dessicant for a couple of days (uncooked rice if you've nothing better, though silica gel would certainly be better and I believe cous-cous works too) and see whether it recovers. But there are never any promises with liquid damage, and even if it does recover it may be temporary.

Water damage is not a lame reason for electronics to fail, it's a very real one.
But when the original post says "data is working" do you mean WiFi? Because mobile data cannot work unless you can connect to the network.
It's conceivable that the SIM might have been damaged by boiling water, but equally the SIM reader or cellular antenna connection might have been. You can test the SIM in another phone if you want to eliminate one possibility. Does the phone recognise the SIM? If not then it's either the SIM or the reader, if it does but there's still no network then the problem is elsewhere.

The corrosion introduced by water ingress is really a much bigger problem than the water itself. The fact that the phone apparently worked okay following The Incident suggests that nothing was critically shorted out by the water inside the phone - but it doesn't take long for corrosion to set in and start causing problems, and I'm guessing that's what's happening here. Unfortunately the damage is done, and it isn't likely that simply drying the phone at this point will be able to un-do it.

I am simply amazed that the phone worked at all. I remember dropping my Nexus 4 in the toilet. I was cleaning the bathroom and had the phone on the bathroom counter one of my kids called me and on the way out the door I knocked the phone into the toilet. I came back a few minutes later, unaware of what had occurred (I didn't hear or see the phone go into the toilet) when I didn't see the phone I thought my kids had came in got it. I think it was in the toilet for ten minutes. Needless to say I did the rice in the bag for several days and my phone never power on again. It ended up being a kids play phone for a year or so afterwards.

Had a close encounter with a toilet and a note 3...
I tore it down (pull battery and covers and anything else you can apart)
and put it an a large Bag of regular Rice.
Three days later, I put it back together and it all works now...
maybe it's still wet and grounding out your wifi antenna somehow...

My wife dropped her Pixel in the toilet last week. She immediately put it in a sealed bag of rice, and we left it there for four days while waiting to receive and set up a replacement courtesy of Project Fi Device Protection. When we pulled it back out everything worked fine - except for the Wi-Fi radio. When you tap the toggle to enable Wi-Fi it just turns back off. Interesting that Wi-Fi seems to be a common failure following water ingress.
