I recently dropped my Samsung Galaxy S3 and the LED screen cracked, making the device unusable but still responsive. I really need to restore my photos, but when I plug it into the computer, there's usually two options-- connect as a media device, or connect as a camera. I believe it is on "connect as a media device" making me unable to restore the pictures. Is there any app or system that can transfer my photos onto a mac? Thanks in advanced!

Actually I'd have thought you could copy pictures from a media device.
Try installing Google's Android File Transfer app on the Mac. That should let you copy stuff over USB.
