It looks like this is loaded on the Turbo 2 by default. Look in settings>Apps>All.
From what I have read it can download other apps without your permission and should be disabled.
I found one App "CookieJam" it apparently installed. First noticed it because it showed up under my battery usage.
 
The assertion that this is pre-installed is monumental and needs some clarification ...
  • Exactly what is listed in System settings | Apps | All about this?
  • Are you running with "load apps from unknown sources" enabled?
  • Where have you been getting apps in addition to Play Store?
  • Do you have Clean Master installed or any other app from Cheetah Software Mobile?

It was pre-loaded on mine. From my understanding, it is more Verizon bloat that has scary permissions to everything to deliver you ads. I disabled it on mine on day 1 along with the other Verizon bloat.
 
I only get apps from the play store.
I do not have "load apps from unknown sources" enabled.
I do not have Clean Master installed or any other app from Cheetah Software Mobile.
It was on my phone from day one, even after a factory reset.

Absurd Verizon.

FWIW ... you are asking for trouble with Clean Master and as is stated in a few thousand posts on Android Forums it is strongly recommended that you uninstall it and any other app they provide. The original problem stated just smelled like Cheetah Mobile Software.

DT Ignite is one of the apps I looked up and disabled the first day I got my Droid. Its purpose is to allow Verizon to preinstall apps on a new phone or factory reset, according to the great google.

I just disabled DT Ignite on my phone as well. Thanks for the explanation.
