I dont want to open a tablet. I want a motorola flip phone with a screen for vidieos and a screen for apps. The dialer is an app.

ZTE does one, the Axon M, it's a dual screen phone. One screen for apps, one screen for videos, etc
There's only one that I know of in that form factor. However one screen is on the outside, and other is inside to be used when it's flipped open. The Samsung G-9298, but it's China only and extremely expensive, about 20,000 CNY. I think it was Samsung's effort to be like Vertu.
So i guess it was just a concept rendering i saw.
I'd buy it right away if it were real.
