dual sim phone

downloaded app my device from google playstore and everything is right except showing i have a dual sim card phone
i have a samsung galaxy 8+ SM-955U that isnt dual sim card
having alot of issues with my phone. Verizon seams to think my IMIE# had been duplicated. Does anyone kmow anything about this subject?

The app's name and developer (or a Google Play link, of course) would be more useful than a screenshot: unless you already have the app it's hard to identify it from that.

i have lots of issues with my phone. i can see emails that arent mine but is my email address. have tons of photoes that i don't' have a clue whete they came from . two device on my google account but both are a sumsung galaxy 8+
