Help Dual SIM SMS app

Hi all,
I'm looking for recommendations for an SMS app that can effectively separate out SMS messages from 2 separate SIMs. I need:
* separate signatures
* ability to blacklist spam
and would also like:
* different notification tones
* ability to set up filters
