Dual Wallpaper App?

I was just wondering if there is an app out there that would allow 2 overlaying wallpapers? I noticed on some of the live wallpapers it was possible, but I can't find an app that will allow one picture to stick with the icons and one to be stationary in the background. Thanks

I think it's impossible with Android this time. You cannot using two pictures as background in one layer.

I a little curious why not. I've got a live wallpaper of planets that allows it...sort of. The planet is stationary with the option to have stars flowing behind it. Why wouldn't that be possible with two static pictures? Thanks for responding
