Dumb or half asleep..

so just recently.
I noticed my cell was doing lights for notifications, but no notifications on the peek display lock screen,
I was probably half asleep or having dumb luck of having both not show but for the cell it does work on it manually though.
So.. I would like to have the light and the notification both activated... It is my moto edge plus.

I just put it on safe mode, nope.. I just wonder though not an app I did download at all to make it even worst by stripping away that part though, I wonder if it deals with a different app that I have not turn off the notifications though, it worked like when the light was surrounding the cell edges, and do not get notifications, or get notifications at peak display and still no lights.. little bugs on and off...... smh.

Suddenly it fixed itself, my Aunt texted me a few minutes ago and it does show up both light and notification... So I wonder what is going on with this machine?
