Dumb question- where is Google Voice Search on One X?

I just got a One X and I cannot find the Google Voice Search on my phone. Then when I got to the Play Store to download it, it says it's already installed in my phone. Sure enough, it's there in settings > apps, but it's not available in my apps list. Any help would be appreciated.

Its on a widget called Google search,long press on screen add widget.
