That depends on the app. The only two way to find out is to ask the developer. (You'd probably have to rename the app - internally - at the very least.)
Of you could use Safestrap, if there's a version for your phone, and if you're not running Kit Kat, and run 2 ROMs on the same phone (they can even be 2 copies of the same ROM.). Install the game on both of them and boot into the one you want to play.
