Duplicate Yahoo Notifications

When I receive a Yahoo notification at the top of my phone. I have to swipe down and hit clear notifications twice. If I have more notifications at the same time as a Yahoo notification such as a text or something different then they will disappear the first time I hit clear notification but the Yahoo notification will remain until I hit clear the second time.

Please help!

Try logging into Yahoo notification in your browser and see what happens.Becuse it seems you may getting notifications from two different locations. One being Yahoo messenger and other from your device connected apps location. Also Yahoo email notification that may be enabled that one which need to be disabled since you're experiencing duplicate notifications.

Thanks Phalon4- I tried that but no luck. I do not see or can not tell where the second notification is coming from, I even did a complete Factory Restore on my phone to insure that I only signed into one email account, that being the Yahoo account, but no luck.... I still get two notifications for the same yahoo mail

I don't know if this can help anyone help me correct this, but when I log into my browser and go to Manage Account Key, it has my cell phone list twice and both established as default? How can I remove one? I tried holding it down to see if a menu would arise, looked for a menu bar nothing. I could be wrong but I think this may be the issue causing me to receive to notifications for each email
