Help Dust insde camera

Hello, The lens of my camera broke the other day and what appears to have happened is my camera now has dust INSide of it. There is no lense on the camera right now but there is clearly specs of dust in the pictures. Is there any way to get inside the camera and clean it off ?

you can do it by removing all parts screws carefully and the spares even and clean using thinner like elements
