DVD to Desire

Hi guys

Currently, to get a DVD onto my HTC Desire, I back it up using DVD Shrink, then encode it using the encoder from XDA Developers. Just wondering if anyone has software that they use with their Desire that does the same thing, but without having to use 2 programs?

Thats the only way to do it. You have to rip it first, to get it on your hard drive, and remove the copy protection. I recommend Handbrake to convert.

That's not the only way to do it.

I use Wondershare DVD ripper on my mac and it rips and converts directly to MP4 format. There's also a Windows version too.

I've only had problems with a handful of heavily protected DVD's but most of them have worked perfectly.
