DVR files to my phone?

Hey guys,

I'm having a security unit installed at my place of business, few cameras recording 24/7 onto a DVR unit. I'm sure I can easily upload them from my DVR to my PC. But now i'm wondering if I'd be able to get the video footage to my phone from the DVR wirelessly? I've used ES File Manager in the past for my pc files to be viewed on my phone. Would something like that be best for this?

I'm also wondering if I'd be able to, or how to go about getting those video files at my home. out of my WiFi area.. I'm all new to this security business.. Basically I want to be able to view these video files from anywhere i have internet connection..

any help or hints/tips is highly appreciated. I thank yous greatly!

Well, they need to be made accessible somehow. There are a lot of possibilities from VPN to cloud storage, etc.

Sling Box does it pretty good. i'm gunna give that one a try. thanks guys.
