Is there an android DVR app. One that would allow you to plug your phone into a tv and record the video its playing. If not someone should develop this. I bet a lot of people would buy it. This would be even better on the HTC Evo 4G since it has an HDMI output and could record in HD or even the Droid incredible which has TV out.
