I have a friend I would like to help.
So I explain is problem here, I hope someone will be able to help us to find why is battery life is too short ?!
He bought the Desire Z (we are french) and he made the OTA to be in 1.72 without knowing about the problem to be root.
He downgrade to 1.34 to get root and s-off.
Then he flashes the virtuous 0.9
And every morning (with no WIFI, no DATA, no GPS, no software using battery : tests have been made with batteyr mix) the battery is down (night berfore morning battery is 100%)
He tried many kernels, setcpu with profiles to downcloack the CPU, changes his battery to another one from HTC, but still same problem
Yesterday he wipes, installed ROM modaco R2, battery is ok ! But he doesn't like this ROM, he prefers Virtuous ROM (ahah ! its the best ROM
)
If he uses a little his phone, the battery get down in 4 hours !!!!!!
We don't understand how and why ?!
Can someone help ?
