Help E:fail to mount cache on hp 10 plus

Hello all, I've got a big problem with my Hp 10 plus when trying to root it with kingo root , but it failed and I left and tried to reboot the machine ,I was sent to the first place where I was to re-enter my info as for the first time I got it , So i was wandering why? it's like ,I got to the boot menus and saw E:fail to mount cache.
please I need help.
