Help E mail problem

I have set up my S3 to recieve email from my windows live account, but it seems to take forever to download the message even on wifi. it also won't always open the attachments if they are pictures. It says I have to download the message first, but as I said it takes an age! Any ideas?

Check the sync settings by going to options, selecting the account and checking there.

I have tried sync and it's still the same! Didn't have this problem on my iphone 3gs!

Sync is in two places, under sync options and also under settings (select account) to view accoutn specific settings.
