E980 - Is Android 4.4.2 the most recent update?

My phone says my Android is up to date.
Yet I can't get a couple of apps to load because they say my update is not current.

Any other way to update the Android?
If not, I'm forced to buy a new phone. UGH! I hate cell phone company's, what a racket.
