Ear scout app

Help! I luv this app. Have used it for over a year n have had no problems until now.... The voice flasher feature is just turning white n staying on. Any suggestions? I already uninstalled n reinstalled. But no change....n I use this feature with each use. Please what do I do? Is there a big in the app?

Yes to uninstall n re

Do u mean to clear cache in that specific app or the whole phone. Plz excuse my ignorance but I'm just now really starting to figure so this smart phone extra stuff out. Like I don't know about rooting and now I am a developer or something I unlocked lol idk but it gave me more cool options in my settings when I drag down from the top screen lol

Nope. Just clear cache of the app.
Then data if that doesn't work.
Then uninstall reinstall as a last resort

Just a idle suggestion but you might give some thought into trying out a different hearing enhancement app. The Ear Scout app has some questionable practices in its 'Data Safety' statement:

Perhaps this HeardThat app might be a good alternative. It includes a pretty sophisticated noise filtering feature :
