Hello, so I am using US Army earbuds and, whenever I plug them into my Samsung galaxy J3 Emerge weird stuff happens. Such as it pausing my videos, turning up and down my volume and once it even restated my phone! Please help.

Are they brand new earbuds? Does this issue happen with other earbuds? (if applicable).
Do the earbuds have an inline control for volume etc?
Is the headphone jack clean?
How many rings does the plug have:
Do you have a link to the earbuds so we can read more about them to diagnose this issue?

The thing you plug into the phone goes tip, ring, ring, sleeve. It is a old pair of earbuds. I don't know if the earbud jack is clean. I can send you a picture of them if you would like. Also one of the earbud things that go into my ear is broken.
Not hacked, but could be faulty though, maybe an intermittent short or something. Try another headset, especially if they're old and broken.

Do you turn the music all the way up? Google has been known to turn it down to protect your hearing. I hate that.

I turn my videos all the way up and it says it I want to turn it up all the way and it doesn't really turn it down.
I hear you. I'd like that too. Haven't seen a fix yet.
