Early Termination and Blacklisting Question

I just upgraded my phone about a month ago now I want a note 4. What I wanted to do was add a second line to get the note, swap the phones between the lines , sell the phone I just upgraded to and use the proceeds from that to etf the new line. My question is will both phones still have clean esns or will one be blacklisted ?

As long as nothing is owed on the line, it should not be blacklisted.
