Early Upgrade

I will try not to confuse you but here it goes.

I have 3 lines of service, two are eligiable for upgrade on July 12 and the other in November. I have been sent a flyer that wants me to upgrade the line due in november to a smartphone. I dont want that to be a smartphone but he could use a new phone. Can I upgrade the November line and one of the July lines to smartphones now, then on July 12 upgrade the other July line to a feature-less phone then swap the November smartphone with the July dumbphone?

Basicly what I am asking is, can I change what line of service has the smartphone mid contract? Will they let me remove data from one line and add it to another?

You should be able to do an alternate upgrade. If not you could upgrade the line to a smartphone and switch the phones right after activation. If you add data to any line after July 7, I think you would have to have the tiered data plan.
