Easy Backup 4.9.16 gone?

Wife lost her phone, We had run that version of easy backup.
So she gets a new phone
So I went to install the app to restore her stuff and can not find it in the play store?

I have several backed up files sitting in gmail and it had everything backed up, so what can I do to restore the backup?

So I am looking on my phone and have the easy backup 4.9.16, but when I look on the google play store my installed apps, I dont see it at all in my list of installed apps??
Did google pull that app out of their store?

Easy Backup is an ambiguous name. Can you tell us who the developer is?

One way to test: go to play.google.com in a browser and don't sign in. Search for the app and see whether you can find it. If an app is not listed (rightly or not) as not compatible with your phone the play store app won't show it, but as long as it's in the store you should be able to find it from a browser. That will at least answer the question.
 
Apkmirror is a safe site. Though if the app has actually been removed the question is why?

To install from there you download the APK to your phone, enable installing from unknown sources in your settings (I expect you'll be prompted if not) and then click on the downloaded file from a file manager. You'll then be asked whether you want to install it (or be prompted to grant the permission to do so).
