easy way to export/import contacts?

in short:

is there an easy app to

a. export / import contacts from one Android 4.x to another Android 4.x OS ?

and

b. export them all to a .txt to print ?

in details:

I gave my Galaxy Note 3 for a week+ long repair
my gf lets me burrow her old Sony Xperia st25i .. realizing she has a ton of old contacts on it .. we would want to save them / port them to her Note 1 ..

she uses different google accounts ..
but she doesn't mind to sync all contacts into one ..

any good / easy way to do this?

thank you ..

If you want to import/export contacts without going through a Google sync then open the contacts app, go to the tab that lists all contacts, open the app's settings and look for import/export and select export. That will allow you to export them to a vcard file, which can then be copied to another phone and imported. You can also import them into other contact management software on a computer.

I am wanting to export my "Device Contacts" only, not the google contacts etc. When I do an export from Contacts it only gives me the option to "export to device storage" and no option of what I am exporting. I am exporting from a Galaxy Note 3 to a Note 4. When I import on Note 4, ALL my contacts are there, even if I select "Device" under "contacts to display". This is very annoying as I don't want to see the thousands of google contacts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
(Sorry I'm new to these forums and couldn't find see any info on how to post a new post).
