eBay trouble

Ive never ordered from that seller before but i have received that message from ebay before,but in my case i had already payed for the item.

The item arrived ok so i assume ebay do that when someone has made a complaint,it worked out for me but personally if i had got that message before i had payed for the item i would not have gone ahead with the transaction.

Thanks RTB that is reassuring. I have already paid for the item and at the suggestion of eBay lodged a complaint with Pay Pal. The seller has subsequently contacted me and assured me that the item has been shipped.
I guess time will tell.

I've received that message as well. It was about a week after i paid for the item as well. It arrived no problem (I do not purchase from less than 99.8% with a few hundred feedback so didn't worry).

Thanks Howie. This dealer has 99.7 with over 1300 so I could be ok
