I've had this problem for a while but i thought I had figured it out. When I spoke on my phone, I heard an echo or feedback whenever I spoke. The other people heard nothing. I originally thought it was due to the metal band on my Spigen Neo Hybrid Crystal Premium Bumper Case. Originally, adjusting the metal band removed the echo.
Today I found another contributing factor, the position of my phone when I'm talking. I usually use the speakerphone so I don't have to hold my phone. Today I put my phone flat on my chest while I was lying in bed. It was face up with the bottom of my phone towards my mouth. The echo started again. Adjusting, then removing the metal band of my Spigen case didn't help. Turming the phone so the bottom of it faced away from my head stopped it immediately. Turning it back returned the echo. I don't know why this happens, except that I have dropped my phone many times. (Mostly from about 2 feet on carpet and always with a protective slim case) The drops never visually damaged the case or the phone but I can't think of anything else. I hope this helps someone else.
