Apps Eclipse problem

Everytime I create a new Android project, it says there is an error. I can not find the error, but there is a red x next to the project name. There is no red x anywhere else in the project.

I have tried updating, reinstalling the JDK, just about everything I can think of. No luck.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

Doesn't Eclipse's "Problem" view say anything more specific about the problem?
