Root Eclipse rom by nitro

I've been running it for over 2 days now and last night installed the popcorn kernel with it and I must say that it runs great. I scored 7298 in antutu with it.

Nitro isn't done themeing it yet though.
 
Same here. Love the look and feel. Can't wait for some more kernel/governor support, because I LOVE the 'lagfree' gov and liked the features in the Blitz kernel.
 
Hey mrb. Read your post on eclipse forum about LG mobile hotspot app being removed. I did so using tb and got a fc loop until I did battery pull and have had no further issues running eclipse.
 
Im having an issue with my contacts not showing up in my call log ie recieved call from friend and his number shows up, but not the contact name. Any suggestions? Thanx
 
I would suggest posting it on eclipse forums so nitro can know about it. He'll be working on an update soon.

I have noticed this as well, but you can notice that if you click and hold on the call list, you will see the name, so in other words the reason is due to the colors. Nitro did say that this is just pretty much just something for us to play with while he finishes it for the actual release rom. One of the main things he said that he really was still working on was colors so we will see what happens when the real release comes out.

I read the op by nitro so I realize its a WIP just wondering if it was only me having this issue.
 
So I've been using this for a little bit and have decided that I love it... Using with popcorn kernel 2.0 and had my battery last me 33 hours with medium use... Setcpu is set at 1512 max and the lowest minimum with on demand as the governor.... Antuntu benchmark scores 7751

wow. nice

Hard to even believe you got 7751 with no overclock. Thats crazy. Final product should be really good. I've been running eclipse for a week now and I too like it a lot. But now that the new update came out it might be a bit before we get a new version.

I overclock when benchmarking
 
So here's .2 overclocked to 1.8 with the galmaufry governor.

I usually get 7300 with broken out 3.
 
not bad mrB. I agree that it does feel faster than .1

but...I'm surprised He didn't change more; I've only noticed the battery icon is different, the swype keyboard is a different skin, and he's using the popcorn kernel as default. Have you noticed any other changes?

I was hoping for some different 3g and 4g icons which He normally does change.

Yea BO didn't work right with popcorn for me, but eclipse seems to work well with it.

I noticed 0.2 has the ICS keyboard, but I use swiftkey, so it's not much use to me. It seems like battery drain is faster than BO... I went down 1% while typing this post. It doesn't seem drastic enough for me to stop using it for now. I like the snappiness for sure.
 
decided to flash.... nice looking rom.
Cannot send MMS!!! regular text is find, but pics do not work... wifi or 3g. I think it is incompatibility with popcorn v4 based and v6 based roms.

Also the wifi toggle doesnt work correctly, it always stays highlighted.
