Is there an app or program to edit android icons? Or even just a way to extract icon images to edit them, and use them in ADWlauncher?

Edit Android Icons?

In ADW EX, you can long-press on any icon in your home screen, tap "Edit" and then tap the icon on the left of the edit window to change the icon.
You can unzip any .apk file and extract the icons that way. You can then edit them and use them in ADW EX launcher.
If you don't have an image editor, you can download The GIMP for Linux, Mac or Windows for free. I've been using the GIMP for years and it's awesome.
