Help Editing Android menu items

Hey guys. I have this Android phone - Just5 Blaster. Probably you never heard of it, it's not very popular or well-known. Nevertheless, I have this problem: it sorts all menu items in alphabetical order, from A to Z. I want to sort them by myself. I don't want them to be A B C D E F G, but, for example, F A G D E B C. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
P.S. My phone is running Android 4.4.4.

On an apps page, if I press the menu button one of the actions available is "view type". If I select that I am offered options of how to display my apps. Perhaps your device has a similar option?
