Editing Apps that Start When Rebooted

I re-booted my Dell Streak 7 the other day and saw a lot of applications that seem to be running (the default games etc). Heck, the list seemed to match Windows 7 LOL

Is there a way to edit this list that starts somehow (like msconfig in Windows)?

Good thing about android is it kills off stuff you dont use

Download Startup Cleaner 2.0. You can edit which programs you DONT want to start automatically after a reboot.
