Editing/creating GO Launcher theme?

My main goal is to tweak a theme or two I've already downloaded (mostly to edit icons to conform to the theme), not make something all-new, since I'm not that artistic.

I've downloaded the theme maker put out by the authors of GO Launcher, but can't quite seem to get along with it.

Suggestions? (Please note that I am not inclined to change launchers, since I like GO.)

Ummm tweaking somebody elses theme could be considered stealing their work (if uploading to android market), without their permission so probably wise to just edit the default theme that comes with Go Launcher Theme Maker
