Jeez, looks like the older phones really are going to struggle with this, about time a decent benchmark was available.

I doubt it would make a difference where it's installed.

this was the last big game release for winmo 6.5 i believe...i remember seeing it on the hd2 running smooth as butter wishing my tilt could run it

That is amazing but somehow this does not look like it is running on GPU, hardware accelerated...nice but I have seen other stuff run better.

Fun benchmark tool. Tried it earlier on my rooted Incredible and got a whopping 6.11 fps. I can't wait to upgrade to a Galaxy s2 (if a version comes to Verizon) or Bionic in a few months.

Took these results from anther forum, seems tegra 2 doesnt like this benchmark.

This is no a game lol. The title says benchmark there.
Galaxy Gio runs 10fps although it plays like 15-20.

That, or Tegra's just not particularily strong

Tegra trades blows with powervr 540 depending on the game or benchmark so it is strong just not a true upgrade from what the Galaxy S is GPU wise thus why I decided to skip it and wait for Galaxy S 2 and what the Tegra 3 will offer.
I still feel this benchmark should be running better but who knows.
