I have had the phone for about 4 years. In the last two months, when I am near a television (smart tv) or microwave, if I am trying to retrieve a message the phone beeps and then the line drops out. When I go to voicemail, there is no message there. On some occasions, the message has been archived. Most times there is nothing there.
This doesn't happen when phone is used elsewhere in the house or when outside the home.
Please note, my husband's phone which is an Apple, doesn't have any problems.
