Email app that lets me download all my emails

I am looking for an email app that will allow me to download thousands of emails on my S9+. Samsung email program will only let you have about 400 emails total even when "total" is checked under settings.
Does anybody know of an app or program that is solid and allows me to download many emails.

the free version or the $9.99 version? I don't mind paying if it will really let me download to my phone thousands of emails on a three different accounts.

Gmail might do for you but you don't download them they exist in the cloud. I've got thousands i haven't read and never will. Google has servers.
