Email app that stops pushing during certain hours

I'm looking for an email app that will only push email (and more importantly only provide notifications) during the hours I am at work during the week. Basically I want to continue getting all my other notifications (gmail, text, etc.), but I don't want to be notified of my work emails all evening and weekend. The default email client on my incredible would do this, but I've installed cyanogenmod so I don't have that app on my phone anymore (and I couldn't find a way to install that email program now that I'm not using sense anymore). Now I can't seem to find a new email program that will work. I've read that touchdown is supposed to do this, but it is $20, and I was hoping there would be a free or much less expensive option. I actually have tasker and use it for a lot of other things, but I couldn't see any way to have it selectively turn off notifications from a single app while still leaving all of my other notifications alone. Is there some setting that I am missing?

No clue, I don't use Tasker... I made the wild assumption only because of everyone that normally chimes in saying Tasker can do about anything. I assumed something like "during hours of...." "turn off email"... was something tasker could do. Or set notification to "silent" just for email...

Tasker CAN (sort of) do it - but you'll need the Profile 4 Tasker +Widget plugin.

Using Cyanogenmod's Notification Profiles, you can block the sound and vibration of notifications from individual apps (I believe the notification still appears). You can then automate changing Cyanogenmod profiles with Tasker.

An alternative, without the plugin, would be to set the app to no sound or vibration upon notification, and let Tasker produce a sound/vibration when the notification appears, but only during work hours.

I think cyanogenmod's notification profiles combined with tasker may be exactly what I was looking for. I'll give it a shot. Thanks!
