Help email app with bullet points or numbered list.

I am looking for an app the give me the ability to make a numbered list or bullet points. I do not want this to be in a separate document that I have to attach. I need to email a numbered list of to do tasks for the day. My corporate email security causes a 60-90 minute delay on emails with attached documents.

I might be missing something here but what's wrong with the keyboard on your device? How would an app know how many lines you would need before the next bullet point?

Oh...what a funny person. I will clarify.
Of course I could simply use the return and space over a few spaces and insert a number or dash. I am not seeing the ability to create an auto numbered list or bullet points. The option is there in the desktop version of g-mail. At work I do a morning walk through and email a copy of the days direction to my management members. I would like the list to look something like this:

Department A

• First task due at xxx
• Second task - update on status
• Third task

Department B

1. XXXXX
2. XXXXX
3. XXXXX

All the email apps I have looked at do not have the option to include an auto bullet point or auto number list.
I do not want to have to attach a document to an email to accomplish this.
I ask the question again, Is there an email setting, app or add on that enables this function when composing an email.
