email attachments are damaged in various post apps

Hello All,
at first conditions:
1. mobile: Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830), not rooted, android version: 2.3.3
2. mobile: Samsung Galaxy S II (GT-I9100), not rooted, android version: 2.3.5
My problem: On both devices are the same mail account settings for the one user. For receiving we use IMAP protocol, of course through SSL with our own certificate (not trusted). I set this account in built-in email clients and on Ace device I can open/save all type of attachment (pdf, doc, xls, jpg etc.) but on S II these same attachments that are type of doc or xls are unreadable. Attachment is on S II always renamed to "unknown" and it is without filename extension. On Ace, attachment has original name and has extension.

On S II I tried to save attachment and with rename command to add extension. After that I tried to open this file with Polaris Office, but it seems that file is ever damaged because error message occured: "This document can not be open".
OK, I thought it is stupid built-in email client, so I installed K-9 Mail on both devices and again I set identical mail account settings and again, on Ace I see in body of message icon for open/save and the attachment has original name with extension. On S II is on the same place in body of message clear area.
Only FDF files are correctly shown on both devices. And of course, on both devices is no problem with gmail client. From this app I can open each attachment on both devices.

OK guys, finally I found the solution myself. Problem was with settings in company Exchange server, specifically in Default IMAP Virtual Server. Go to properties of Default IMAP Virtual Servers > tab "Message Format" > - uncheck "Use Exchange Rich-text format" - select MIME encoding to option "Both" Then select "Stop" and "Start" of Default IMAP Virtual Servers.
