email attachments

Been a windows phone user since Windows mobile 5 right up to Winphone 7. However not pleased with winphone 7 so am trying an Android phone - Samsung galaxy SII. So far so good BUT when I receive an email with an attachment I cannot find how to find the file, or open it so I've joined androidforums for help. And, who knows, perhaps more good stuff in the future...

Usually tapping or long press on the attachment link should allow you to download and/or view the file. This is how my phone works.

Also, you might want to stop in to your device's support forum for some cool tips and info on your device. There are a few carriers who have the Samsung Galaxy S2 - So I've linked all variants of your phone. Just choose your phone from the list.
