I disabled the email app and cannot enable it again. Instead of enable, there is a grayed-out disable button. An earlier forum answer said to go to app manager/menu/reset prefs and all would be good...not. does anyone have a solution? The app's icon looks like @ but with an e instead of an a in the circlet. (Galaxy s3 4gt lte, verizon) Thx for reading.
