Help Email issues

I have had my Razr Maxx HD for a few weeks now and no issues until today. my primary email address is an iCloud address. Today I kept getting failed to sign in and incorrect password notifications, and I tried to erase the account and set it up again but it wont work. Any help would be appreciated.
