If you are talking about the lock screen when you wake up the phone, they come from the factory as swipe across screen to unlock. There are other options, but if it's your phone, you already know the answer. If you are referring to carrier unlocking (i.e., allowing the phone to work with SIM card from another carrier), that's usually a chargeable service. Whoever you purchase the unlock code from will need your device make/model and IMEI code. The IMEI may be obtained two ways:
1. Dial *#06# from the phone
2. Remove battery and it will be on the label beneath it
