Help Email not syncing

Hi guys,

My Outlook email has stopped syncing totally. I have tried removing the account and re-adding multiple times but I keep getting error messages coming up saying it has failed. I am using the stock email app.

I have tried searching online for a fix but can't seem to find anything.

I never had good look using my outlook email through HTC mail app. You should just give the Outlook mail app a chance, may save you some headache. Otherwise it has to be a server setting that needs tweaked.

When you say 'outlook' are you talking about an actual @outlook.com email address?

There has been Outlook outage problems.
